Starters may include: Homemade soup of the evening served with assorted breads, Baby back pork ribs with bourbon sauce, Southern fried chicken wings with honey mustard mayonnaise, Caesar salad with bacon lardons croutons, parmesan cheese and caesar dressing, Salmon filled mushroom caps on seasonal leaves with garlic mayonnaise
Main Course may include: Langton signature Irish steak burger on a toasted brioche bun with ballymaloe relish, golden fried onion ring, Knockanore cheese and fresh chips, Pasta of the evening served with garlic bread, Cajun crumbed goujons of chicken on a classic caesar salad served with fresh chips, Supreme chicken, spinach and mozzarella stuffing with crushed baby boiled potatoes, slow roast tomato, courgette and parsley sauce, Traditional cod with homemade tartar sauce, mushy peas and fresh chips, Prime roast Irish beef served with red wine jus, Chiang Mai chicken stir fry on a bed of fine egg noodles with Asian style vegetables and cashew nuts, Blackened salmon sweetcorn and polenta cake, wok fried kale, bok choi, savoy cabbage and black bean sauce
